Chairmans Address to Annual General Meeting
One or two years back almost no one would have predicted how much the gold price would rise in the intervening period. It has recently risen to US$400 an ounce and markets appear comfortable with this price level.
This represents a real opportunity for companies such as Gateway Mining, which has continued to maintain its focus on its exploration portfolio through the period in which gold prices fell to unsustainably low levels. Unlike many other junior explorers Gateway did not get sidetracked by the IT boom.
Since our AGM last year Gateway has managed to farm out, on very attractive terms, our exciting copper-gold property at Cowra to Straits Resources, a company with significant expertise in those metals.
As you would be aware Straits is committed to spend $800,000 to earn a 51 per cent interest within the first 30 months and can elect to earn a 70 per cent interest by spending an additional $1.2 million within the subsequent two years.
Since they began work in May, Straits have announced some encouraging results from their first round of drilling in the 28 sq km Kiola area that Gateway had earlier delineated. This included a 30-metre hit @ 0.6% copper and 0.5% zinc; 24m @ 0.2% copper and 2.4% zinc and four metres @ 1g/t gold.... - Web Site

Chairman's AGM Address to Shareholders
I am pleased to be able to report to you, at this, our 11th AGM, that Macmin Silver Ltd has established itself as the pre-eminent junior silver company listed on the ASX.
Macmin has a very strong silver focus through its primary project, the Texas Silver Project, in S.E. Queensland, Australia. This project has a resource of approximately 45 million ozs of silver equivalent with excellent district potential, based on drilling, geophysical and geochemical results, to substantially increase that reserve in the future with further drilling.
Macmin has exposure to gold by way of a 45% equity in TSX Venture Exchange listed company, New Guinea Gold Corporation (NGG). Macmin also retains a 1% NSR royalty on any production by NGG and the right to additional equity in NGG if gold production exceeds 50,000 ozs/year. NGG has in the past 3 months completed arrangements to raise almost $3 million to fund its operations in Papua New Guinea. Our investment in NGG now has a market value of approximately $12 million.
Macmin also maintains equity investments in silver explorer, Malachite Resources N.L. and gold explorer TasGold Ltd.
Macmins future is very largely dependent on silver price..........- Web Site

MT GUNYAN
Shallow Drilling Programme
Assay results have been received from a further 35 shallow percussion drill holes on the Mt Gunyan Prospect. The drilling is focussed on assessing the near surface (to a nominal depth of 50m) extent of the silver and gold mineralised system utilising contour drill tracks.
Most holes intersected anomalous silver values and holes with intersections greater than 30g/t Ag are shown in the following table:...... - Web Site

Chairman's Address to Shareholders
TasGold has now been listed on the ASX for 7 months and we have made good progress in that short period.
Since listing, our shareholder base has increased to 2,885 as a result of the Macmin shareholding, in specie distribution to Macmin shareholders. A few of these shareholders took the opportunity to cash in, on what was effectively a free bonus, and sold their shares, which unfortunately drove the share price down to 8 cents. The share price has now substantially recovered and with our aggressive exploration/development plans for 2004 and likely further increases in the gold price, should rise further in the near future.
As you are all aware the gold price has moved up substantially and we believe this is the start of a substantial bull market for gold explorers. Such a bull market is already in place in North America. In addition to our excellent gold properties described in the TasGold prospectus, we were recently selected from a competitive tender, as Mineral Resources Tasmanias preferred applicant for a new license in northern Tasmania. This license has modest gold resources with very extensive undrilled potential, based on anomalous soil gold geochemistry. This acquisition is a part of our strategy to acquire resources and/or advanced properties whenever possible. We are very bullish about likely substantial increases in gold price and thus the value of such resources.
Drilling commenced on our Lisle Project soon after ASX listing and has resulted in some good intersections the best of which contained 4 metres at 12.8 g/t gold, including a one metre zone which assayed 42.7g/t gold. Elsewhere at Lisle, wide intersections of low grade or trace gold were encountered throughout a granitic host. Drilling has now commenced at the Moina property with results expected in the near future.
Drill target definition and data compilation for the SMRV Project is in progress, with mobilisation to site expected in December and drilling in January. TasGold has purchased its own, man portable drill rig specifically for the SMRV drill program to allow the Company better flexibility and hopefully lower costs for this program. The SMRV tenements are known to host high grade, hybrid epithermal gold VHMS mineralisation similar to that at Barrick Golds world class Eskay Creek Mine in Canada and our objective here is to define a similar deposit in the SMRV. - Web Site

Drill Targets Identified & Exploration Update
The Board of Mithril Resources Ltd advises (1) exploration within the Barrow Creek Joint Venture (NT) has identified two coincident electromagnetic and gravity anomalies (2) that a down hole geophysical survey at the Streaky Bay Joint Venture (SA) will be carried out following the casing of the first drill hole, and (3) that drilling at Plumridge (WA) is to commence shortly.
Barrow Creek Joint Venture (Exploration Licences 23186; Mithril earning 75%)
The Barrow Creek Prospect, within the Northern Territory, is a joint venture with Imperial Granite and Minerals Pty Ltd of Darwin and Goldstake Explorations Inc of Toronto Canada. The agreement allows Mithril Resources Ltd to earn 75% interest in the project by spending $5 million dollars over four years. Previous nickel exploration in the area identified disseminated and massive nickel sulphide and copper mineralisation delineated over a strike extent of 1.5 kilometres, hosted within, and adjacent to, a body of mafic rocks. A time domain electromagnetic (TEM) survey was conducted over the historical workings (Prospect D) to determine if any bedrock conductors were present. The survey highlighted the presence of two apparently untested bedrock conductors, situated down dip of the known mineralisation. The southern of the two anomalies has a strike extent of 300 metres and is open to the south. Follow up gravity surveying has shown these TEM anomalies are associated with a residual gravity high, suggestive of mafic material at depth. It is planned to drill test the two coincident electromagnetic and gravity anomalies in early 2004.
Streaky Bay Joint Venture; Exploration Licences (EL) 2861 and 2891; Mithril currently 100%, BHP Billiton earning up to 70%.
The Company has two tenements, Calca (EL 2861) and Poochera (EL 2891) in the Streaky Bay area.
Diamond drilling, designed to test a flat-lying conductive body at an interpreted depth of 200 metres was terminated at a vertical depth of 264.8 metres without intersecting the target. The drill hole penetrated a mafic intrusive rock throughout the entire length. The drill hole has been cased in preparation for down hole geophysics to assist in locating the conductive body which appears to be off the area tested by the first hole.
Plumridge Nickel Sulphide Project- Joint Venture Falconbridge
The Plumridge Project, located 300 kilometres east of Kalgoorlie, comprises seven granted tenements together with four new applications covering a series of mafic intrusive rocks with potential to host nickel sulphide and associated copper, platinum and palladium mineralisation. Falconbridge (Australia) Pty Ltd has the right to earn 60% equity in the project by spending $2 million over three years with a minimum expenditure of $350,000 for drill testing of existing targets in this calendar year. Ground geophysical surveys have been completed, confirming the airborne electromagnetic anomalies delineated earlier this year. Furthermore statutory approvals have been granted and drilling is planned to commence in the first week of December.- Web Site

WMC SET TO COMMENCE FOLLOW UP DRILLING AT THE "AK47" NICKEL SULPHIDE PROSPECT, GUNBARREL PROJECT
The Company is pleased to announce that WMC Resources Ltd ("WMC"), the Manager of the Gunbarrel Nickel Joint Venture, has reported that it intends to start a six hole diamond drilling programme at the "AK47" prospect around the 2nd of December to follow up on the discovery of magmatic nickel sulphides in drillhole GBD2, as reported on the 20th October to the ASX.
Following the completion and interpretation of downhole EM surveying, which indicated the presence of a conductive plate centered 30m south of the intersection in GBD2 (0.65m @0.9% Ni, 0.2% Cu and 0.45 g/t Pt+Pd), WMC has planned five holes around GBD2. One hole (GBD3) will test down dip of the discovery intersection, and two holes each will test the southern (GBD4 and GBD5) and northern extension (GBD 6 and GBD7).
Another drillhole (GBD8) has been planned, to test a defined surface EM anomaly (A2) located 1.5km south west of GBD 2. - Web Site
FOLLOW-UP EXPLORATION PROGRAM TO COMMENCE
A program of approximately 2,000 metres of reverse circulation (RC) drilling to followup the previously announced shallow, high-grade gold intercepts at the Malbec Prospect (Figure 1) and to drill test additional anomalous gravity responses within the Chariot Mineralised Corridor will commence in early December.
Seven holes for approximately 550 metres are planned at the Malbec Prospect, which will test the strike and dip extent of the mineralisation and possible plunge component of the high-grade zone.
The Company announced on 3 October 2003 that several shallow, high-grade gold intercepts were returned from the Malbec Prospect, located approximately 1 kilometre west of the Chariot Mine. These included 4 metres at 13.7 g/t Au from 10 metres and 5 metres at 18.5 g/t Au from 18 metres in drill hole MARC 024.
Because of its shallowness and proximity to the Chariot Mine infrastructure, Malbec has the potential for rapid development to supply high-grade feed to the Warrego ore treatment plant.
Further, a total of 18 reconnaissance RC holes for approximately 1,300 metres are planned for six separate, previously undrilled, gravity anomalies to the east of Chariot identified from Gravity Survey Two (Figure 1). This survey is part of the Companys accelerated exploration program, and was completed during the September quarter extending the regional gravity coverage 3 kilometres to the east (as far as the TC8 Mine area) and 700 metres to the west of Gravity Survey One.
One of the gravity anomalies, West Gibbet, flanks a magnetic anomaly, which was drilled by previous explorers returning a best intercept of 3 meters at 35.9 g/t Au from 241 metres. This association of gravity anomalies flanking magnetic anomalies is observed at the Chariot Mine.
In addition, a further two reconnaissance holes are planned for adjacent gravity anomalies at the Troika Prospect, 2 kilometres west of the Chariot Mine. - Web Site

FURTHER HIGH GRADE DRILL HOLE INTERCEPTS AT JOKISIVU AND ORIVESI
Following from Dragon Mining NL's acquisition earlier this month of Outokumpu Mining Oy's precious metal assets located mainly in Finland, exploration programs have been continuing at the Orivesi and Jokisivu gold projects in southern Finland. Latest exploration and resource drilling results from both projects contain a number of very encouraging high-grade gold intercepts. Previous high-grade intercepts from both projects were reported in the September 2003 Quarterly Report.

QGC activates Cornell facility
Queensland Gas Company (QGC) is set to make its first draw-down of funds through the $8 million equity line facility secured in July 2003 with US-based investment fund Cornell Capital Partners Offshore LP (Cornell).
In a series of draw-downs, QGC plans to issue shares raising $390,000 to fund the purchase of increased holdings in three tenements in the Surat Basin, ATP610P, ATP648P and the promising Argyle field in ATP620P.
QGC recently agreed to increase its interest in these tenements as part of the settlement of the two year dispute with Pangaea Oil & Gas Pty Ltd. QGC will pay $375,000 to Icon Energy Ltd to increase its interest from 56.25% to 59.375% in ATP620P, from 63.75% to 70.625% in ATP610P and from 62.5% to 68.75% in ATP648P.
QGC Managing Director Richard Cottee said he was pleased the Company had entered into this arrangement with Cornell to meet the need for additional funds.
This is precisely the type of circumstance we envisioned when we established this equity line facility earlier this year and it provides us with a perfect opportunity to demonstrate the effectiveness of the arrangement, Mr Cottee said.
The funds will be drawn in tranches in the next 60 days. Shares to the value of $120,000 will be issued in the first tranche. These shares will be issued at a 3% discount to the lowest daily volume weighted average price (VWAP) of QGCs shares traded on each of the three days commencing 20 November, provided that the VWAP remains above $0.18 per share.

DRILLING ENHANCES POTENTIAL AT SOVEREIGN
Drilling on the Sovereign vein structure has intercepted a wider zone of high-grade mineralisation as shown on the attached long projection:
CBK115: |
12.5m @ 10 g/tAu from 410 metres downhole |
including 0.55m @ 100 g/tAu |
The intersection is some 100 metres south of CBK020, previously reported at 7.45m @ 5.8g/t Au (incl. 1m @ 16g/t Au).
Elsewhere, higher in the vein structure, CBK111 returned a broad zone of mineralisation recording 31m @ 0.8g/t Au. The extension of the zone of mineralisation and addition of wider zones enhances the potential for the Sovereign together with the Empire to supply additional production ounces to the 680,000 ounces planned from the Royal, Crown and Klondyke North Shoots.
Further mineralisation has been recorded on the Empire structure in CBK113.
CBK113: |
6.2m @ 4.1 g/tAu from 529.2 metres downhole |
including 0.8m @ 16 g/tAu |

Gas flows at Argyle
Queensland Gas Company (QGC) has recorded good gas flows from the promising Argyle field (ATP620P) over the last 10 days, with the Argyle #1 well flowing consistently between 128,000 and 158,000 cubic feet per day (cfd) through a 3/8 choke.
QGC resumed exploration work in the tenement last month after settling a long-standing dispute with joint venture partner Pangaea Oil and Gas (Pangaea). As part of the settlement, QGC increased its interest in ATP620P to 59.375%.
Production testing commenced on the Argyle #1 well on 3 November 2003 with very encouraging results. Gas flows have been consistently above 128,000 cfd, with water flowing at an average rate of 350 barrels a day, according to QGC Managing Director Richard Cottee.
We are exceptionally pleased with the results from the Argyle #1 well. Gas flows have been remarkably stable without any assistance from adjacent wells, he said.
Mr Cottee said production testing was set to begin on the Argyle #2, #3 and #4 wells within a couple of weeks.
QGC will decide whether to undertake a pilot program in the Argyle area when the results of production testing on these four Argyle wells are available, Mr Cottee said. - Web Site

Kihabe Basemetals Project PL 69/2003 Botswana
Significant Zones of Basemetals Mineralisation 1.6km along strike
The Company is currently conducting exploration over a number of basemetals geochemical anomalies at its Kihabe Project in Botswana. Drilling is being conducted over the first of these anomalies, some 2.4 kms in length.
Final results were received over the weekend from a RC drill hole KIH7 which was drilled 1.6km along strike from the original drill hole KIH1, the results from which were announced to the market on the 10th October 2003.
The portion of KIH7 assayed so far was from 23m to 142m. An entire 94m intersection from 39m to 133m contained significant grades of zinc and also zones of significant lead, copper, silver, arsenic and cadmium mineralisation - Web Site
NEW GUINEA GOLD ACQUIRES ADVANCED GOLD PROJECTS
Vancouver - November 17, 2003. New Guinea Gold Corporation (the "Company") and Vangold Resources Ltd ("Vangold") have agreed, by way of letter of intent, to jointly purchase all the shares in a private Papua New Guinea ("PNG") company, Kanon Resources Ltd ("Kanon"). The purchase in Kanon will be on a 50-50% basis. It is subject to completion of a share purchase agreement between the parties, a shareholder agreement between the Company and Vangold and approval by the regulatory authorities.
Kanon holds title to five gold projects in PNG, most of which can be regarded as advanced stage projects with significant gold known in trench and drill hole and with further drill ready targets. The properties total 1,399 sq kms in area.
The Company and Vangold are reviewing available historical data on the properties to plan future exploration programs. At this point in time our initial conclusions are that the partners will explore/develop three of the properties. The partners will seek joint venture partners for the other two properties. Technical reports will be completed on material properties early in 2004 and will be lodged with Sedar and on the Company's (newguineagold.ca) and Vangold's (vangold.ca) web sites. The table below shows the area held under each exploration license and some historical information such as the number of drill holes completed by previous explorers and the best drill hole and trench results from this historical data. The Company and Vangold have not yet confirmed the significance of this data, but have no reason to believe that it is not accurate.

DRILLING RESULTS TO 11.2 G/T GOLD AT THE ENTERPRISE PROSPECT NE TASMANIA
TasGold is pleased to announce that diamond drilling (with its man-portable drilling rig) at the Enterprise Prospect, Lisle Project, has continued to successfully track the gold mineralised structural zone and the subordinate gold mineralised quartz veins contained therein.
The best drill intersection returned was 0.8m of 11.2 g/t gold from the West Vein, which is still open in all directions, but may be pinching downdip (pinching and swelling of the thickness of the vein is common in these types of systems). Hole ED 002 showed that there are three discrete veins within the mineralised envelope in the Enterprise region. In addition, there are also at least 2 different veins known to occur further north at the Gold Crest and Virginia Ridge Prospects, toward the northern end of the >1 kilometre long gold in soil anomaly.
The Enterprise Prospect has always proven difficult to drill, regardless of the method utilised. The weathered, strongly/moderately oxidised, altered and micaceous granite is slippery and the quartz vein zones are highly fractured, resulting in low core recoveries. Several of the short holes failed to test their near surface targets because of high core losses. - Web Site

QGC & Lucas join forces in ATP651P
Queensland Gas Company (QGC) has today signed an agreement with the AJ Lucas Group of Companies (Lucas) to jointly undertake coal seam gas (CSG) exploration on one of QGC's Surat Basin tenements, ATP651P.
The investment is Lucas' second initiative in developing its CSG portfolio and follows its purchase of 75% of a petroleum exploration licence in the NSW Gloucester Basin in November 2002.
The move is also consistent with QGC's plans to develop its CSG acreage in the Surat Basin so that it can aggressively pursue gas supply contracts over the next five to 10 years.
"With the development at Berwyndale South (ATP632P) close to certification and production testing underway at Argyle (ATP620P), QGC is actively exploring its extensive resource to identify the next generation of prospective developments beyond the Undulla Nose', which encompasses these two tenements" QGC Managing Director Richard Cottee said.
"Effectively, we are creating an inventory for QGC, with projects in the pipeline at each stage of development, to ensure the Company has gas reserves ready in time to meet market demand," he said.
"Importantly, this farm-in agreement with Lucas allows us to continue our exploration program without diverting resources from the paramount focus of commercialising Berwyndale South," he said. - Web Site

BHP Billiton Joint Venture Mt Woods Lead-Zinc
BHP Billiton has advised Minex (SA) Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Minotaur Resources Ltd, that it has elected to form a joint venture to explore for lead/zinc/silver mineralisation over the area shown in the attached diagram (figure 1) in the Mt Woods area of South Australia.
The joint venture area is coincident with a portion of the ground that constitutes the Oxiana/Minotaur joint venture at Prominent Hill. However, the BHP Billiton Joint Venture relates only to lead/zinc/silver mineralisation and therefore excludes any rights to copper/gold deposits similar to that which occurs at Prominent Hill.
Under the terms of the agreement, BHP Billiton may expend $400,000 to increase its equity from 51 to 70%. BHP Billiton is the operator of the Joint Venture, although Minotaur has agreed to assist by acting as operator for the initial evaluation of the targets selected for drill testing at this time.
Oxiana Joint Venture Prominent Hill
Resource development drilling has commenced at Prominent Hill with a diamond rig already on site and drilling in progress. A Reverse Circulation drilling rig is due to commence work later this week. Eight holes are planned before Christmas as part of the more extensive program which forms part of Oxianas $3.5 million commitment over the next 12 months.
The location of the planned holes is shown in figure 2.
The transfer of BHP Billitons equity in the Mt Woods Joint Venture has been completed and the Board is pleased to announce that the Minister has approved the transfer of the equity held by Newmont, Sons of Gwalia and Sabatica in the Mt Woods tenements, to Minotaur. Shareholders had already approved the purchase of this equity for a total consideration of 6,666,667 shares.- Web Site

Diamond Drilling Commences & New Nickel Sulphide JV
The Board of Mithril Resources Ltd advises that drilling has commenced at the Streaky Bay Joint Venture and that BHP Billiton have agreed to enter into a new Joint Venture, the Cooper Hill Project.
Streaky Bay Joint Venture; Exploration Licences (EL) 2861 and 2891; Mithril currently 100%, BHP Billiton earning up to 70%.
The Company has two tenements, Calca (EL 2861) and Poochera (EL 2891) which collectively cover approximately 80% of the prospective mafic intrusive complexes in the Streaky Bay area.
A ground electromagnetic survey over one of the mafic intrusive complexes (Wishbone Prospect) has outlined a flat lying conductive body 400 metres in strike length at an interpreted depth of 200 metres.
A diamond drill hole has commenced to test for nickel sulphide mineralisation associated with the conductive body.
Cooper Hill Exploration Licences 3105 and 2870; Mithril currently 100%
The Company is exploring for nickel sulphide mineralisation associated with intrusive rocks in the western Gawler Craton. Previous results from historical drilling in Exploration Licence 3105 have identified ultramafic rocks with the potential for hosting nickel sulphide mineralisation (nickel to 0.42%, chromium to 0.65% and copper to 660 parts per million). A ground electromagnetic survey completed recently by the Company identified a conductive body associated with an intrusive body. Under the conditions of the subscription agreement with the Company, BHP Billiton has agreed to enter into a new joint venture. They can earn up to 79% interest through the expenditure of $5 million, the initial work being managed by the Company and expected to commence in the last quarter of 2003. - Web Site

NEW GUINEA GOLD CORPORATION
SIMUKU COPPER / GOLD SYSTEM EXTENDED BY 3 KMS
The following news release was released to the TSX Venture Exchange by our 46% owned subsidiary, New Guinea Gold Corporation, on October 29th, 2003.
The New Guinea Gold share price closed on Friday at CAD$0.52. Macmin Silver Ltd holds approximately 17.6 million New Guinea Gold Corporation shares.
Vancouver, 29th October 2003. A major program of soil geochemistry has extended the proven strike length of the Simuku gold copper system in Papua New Guinea, from 1.5kms to 4.5kms. The system is still regarded as open to the north and south. The geochemical program also confirmed that the Simuku system is a major porphyry copper/gold system.
Since the mid 1980's, 12 drill holes totaling 1482m, and 4.5kms of bulldozer trenching, defined significant copper mineralisation over a strike length of 1.5 kms. Drill hole results are shown on the accompanying table. The trenching included results such as 33m @ 0.63% copper, 0.2g/t gold, 77ppm molybdenum and 48m @ 0.68 copper, 0.12g/t gold and 691ppm molybdenum.
The porphyry copper system is also defined by airborne magnetic and potassium radiometric surveys. Mineralisation is known to persist to depths of at least 250m and a significant copper (chalcocite), enriched cap is present.
A recent program of geochemical soil sampling, to the south of the most southern drill hole, confirmed that the copper system extends at least 3 kms further south and is still open. Approximately 1170 soil samples were collected and defined an anomalous zone 3km long by between 500 and 1800m wide. This anomalous zone had a maximum copper in soil of 0.869% and is delineated by the 300ppm copper contour. The presence of jarosite and hematite at surface suggests extensive leaching of copper from near surface rocks. This is also confirmed by the previous drill holes to the north.
The company believes, that given the size of the copper system, it should contain a core of higher grade copper mineralisation (plus 1% copper) With increasing interest worldwide in copper, the company plans to follow up the above results in the new year with bulldozer trenching and drilling.

THIRD QUARTER ACTIVITIES/CASHFLOW REPORT
AUSTRALIA
Icon has maintained its current acreage position in Australia. No field work has been carried out during the quarter.
The Right to Negotiate process continues in the Eromanga Basin. The process is slow but agreement could be reached this year or early next year. Icon has requested the Queensland Government to issue a Section 29 Notice over Authority to Prospect 626P in order to advance this permit to exploration status once again.
USA
As previously announced finance for the Bayou Choctaw drilling programme in Louisiana was expected in August. The agreement with Mercedis Bancorp Limited in Toronto, Canada was to be concluded with Icon being one of the Series 2 projects under the bond issue. The August deadline has not been met and it appears that the Mercedis funding through a bond process is further delayed and could be six months away.
Compliance with the new investment laws and regulations in the United States have frustrated the bond investment process for new start-up projects. When this further delay became obvious Icon switched its fund-raising process from the bond market to the private investment/farm-out market. Mercedis have greatly assisted in this switch by providing documentation and support.
Negotiations are well advanced with capital lending groups in the United States and the United Kingdom and Several farm-in offers are under consideration.- Announcement

MACMIN SILVER LTD CLOSES $10 MILLION FINANCING FACILITY
Macmin Silver Ltd (Macmin), on the 30th October 2003, signed an agreement with US based investment group, Cornell Capital Partners (Cornell), for a $10 million Equity Line of Credit.
The equity line facility is part of a financing strategy to ensure that funding is available for the further exploration of and development of the company's silver resources/reserves at the Texas Silver Project, in Queensland, Australia.
The facility should give shareholders and investors confidence that Macmin has a source of funds for the continued expansion of silver resources (by drilling) and for silver mine development at the company's Texas Silver Project, (see previous releases for likely timing for silver production). In the interim, the company may commence construction of long lead-time development items such as connection to grid power and various road works at site.
The equity line gives Macmin substantial flexibility, in terms of both draw-downs and freedom to use alternative funding sources. The equity line gives the company comfort that no matter what its financial needs and no matter what the market cycle, it has a fall back position. The pricing of each draw-down will relate to the market price of Macmin Shares at the time of draw-down. Thus, if Macmin shares increase in price, draw-downs will be at higher than present prices. The equity line also gives the company a source of project funding which will allow Macmin to remain unhedged. In addition, the attraction for the company to remain debt free should not be underestimated as we enter a period of increasing interest rates over the coming years. - Announcement
