Ausminerals Group also holds a highly prospective Gold and Uranium exploration license located in close proximity to the Honeymoon Uranium project in South Australia which is expected to start producing early in 2008, and the geology has been described as being similar to that of the large Beverley Uranium Mine in South Australia. INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING

Ausminerals Limited ACN 099 336 866 has announced an initial public offering of ordinary shares and a proposed listing on the Australian Securities Exchange.

Ausminerals lodged a prospectus on 16 October 2007 with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission.
The proposed closing date for applications is the earlier of full subscription or 21 December 2007.
